A Qualified Investor Investment Fund pursuant to Section 154 of Act No. 240/2013 Coll., on Investment Companies and Investment Funds (ZISIF).
Investor who, by purchasing an investment share, acquires a stake in the Fund's assets and the right to redeem investment shares at dates set out in the Statute for the current value announced by the investment company, or to payment of earnings.
Manages the Fund's assets in accordance with the Fund's Statute and with the ZISIF, acts on behalf of the Fund, signs contracts for the Fund, fulfils the Fund's obligations towards the state administration (accounting, taxes), the CNB (monthly reporting, information on changes) and the depositary. The activities of the investment company are continuously monitored by the depositary and the CNB. The Investment Company informs the Fund's shareholders of the value of the investment share, issues investment shares and maintains a list of shareholders (AMISTA investiční společnost, a.s.).
Continuously monitors the management of the Fund's assets. The purpose of each item in the Fund's account must be documented by the Depository Bank.
The Fund's founding document, setting out its investment strategy, investment limits, rules for decision-making and fund management, the method and frequency of calculating the value of the investment share, the terms and conditions for the redemption of investment shares, and specifying the scope of the depositary's activities and the Fund's reporting obligations.
